OFFICIAL RULES AND PROMOTION TERMS

SPONSOR
This promotion is sponsored and administered by BEHN LLC, doing business as Hydout Café (“Sponsor”).

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Lunar New Year Lucky Envelope Giveaway (“Promotion”) begins February 17, 2026 and ends February 28, 2026, or earlier if all envelopes have been distributed, whichever occurs first.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to receive a lucky envelope. Making a purchase does not increase the chances of receiving any particular prize.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to individuals who visit Hydout Café during the Promotion Period. Void where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and limit participation to one envelope per person per day.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Guests may request one (1) sealed lucky envelope per person per day while supplies last. Envelopes are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all envelopes have been distributed, the Promotion ends.

PRIZES
Each lucky envelope contains one prize selected at random. Prizes may include:

• Hydout Café gift vouchers (up to $100)
• Discount offers
• Complimentary menu items
• Buy-one-get-one drink offers
• Promotional items or credits
• Gift certificates or promotional offers donated by community partners

Community partner prizes include, but are not limited to:

• Gift certificates provided by Hillcrest Farmers Market
• One hundred (100) coupons for $5 off a haircut provided by Binh's Barbershop
• One (1) week free training pass provided by White Dragon Martial Arts

Maximum single prize value: $100
Total approximate prize pool: $1,000

Prize distribution is predetermined and sealed in envelopes prior to distribution.

ODDS
Odds of receiving any specific prize depend on the number of envelopes distributed and the quantity of each prize available.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS
Prizes must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged for cash except at Sponsor’s discretion.

Third-party or community partner prizes are subject to the terms, policies, availability, and redemption requirements of the issuing business. Expiration dates, scheduling limits, and service restrictions may apply. Such prizes have no cash value unless required by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, expired, refused, or unredeemed third-party prizes once awarded.

Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If a participant receives total prizes valued at $600 or more from Sponsor in a calendar year, Sponsor may require completion of tax documentation before prize distribution.

Cash prizes must be claimed in person unless otherwise determined by Sponsor.

COMMUNITY PARTNER DISCLAIMER
Businesses or organizations that donate prizes are not sponsors, administrators, or operators of this Promotion and bear no responsibility or liability related to participation, prize distribution, or claims arising from this Promotion. All promotion administration is solely conducted by BEHN LLC.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless BEHN LLC, Hydout Café, and their owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected envelopes or prizes.

CULTURAL PURPOSE
This Promotion is conducted in celebration of Lunar New Year traditions of gifting lucky envelopes symbolizing prosperity, gratitude, and good fortune.

PRIVACY
Any personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for administration of the Promotion and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

These Official Rules are available at Hydout Café and online during the Promotion Period.

GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California.
